Ingredients
2 medium onion finely sliced
1 medium potato cut in cubes
1 small bowl peas
1-2 green chilies finely chopped
1 small cauliflower cut (optional)
1 lemon juice
2-3 tbsp roasted peanuts (optional)
1 cup poha washed nicely
1 tsp sugar
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tbsp mustard oil
2 tsp mustard seeds
10-12 curry leaves
Procedure
Take a kadai and heat oil
Add mustard seeds to crackling sounds
Add curry leaves and sauté for a min
Add potatoes and sugar cook well for 7-8 mins on low flame while covering it with a lid
Add onions and cook well for 7-8 mins
Add peas and mix well and cover it with a lid on low flame for 5 mins
In meantime, add all spices in washed poha and lemon juice
Add the poha in the kadai and mix well
Add peanuts and add 2-3 tbsp water and cover with lid for 2-3 mins
For Serving
Garnish it with sauce and alloo bhujia/ sev and serve hot
