Dahi Poha

(Serves 2)







Ingredients



  1. 1 cup Poha ( Flattened Rice)

  2. 1 cup whisk curd

  3. 1 onion finely chopped

  4. 1 cucumber finely chopped

  5. 1 lemon juice

  6. 2 tsp mustard seeds

  7. 8-10 Curry leaves

  8. 2 tbsp Peanuts

  9. 2 tbsp mustard oil

  10. Salt to taste

  11. 1/4 tsp Asafetida



Procedure





  1. Take a serving bowl.

  2. Add flattened rice and whisk curd.

  3. Mix it well.

  4. Add chopped onion and cucumber, give it a nice mix, keep it aside,

  5. Take a Tadka pan, add oil.

  6. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves, let it crackle for a min or two.

  7. Add peanuts and mix it well.

  8. Let it roast it well for 3-4 mins.

  9. Add salt and asafetida.

  10. Give it a nice mix.

  11. Add this tadka on the poha.

  12. Squeeze a lemon, give it a nice mix.
