Beetroot Hummus

(Serves 4-5)

Ingredients
1 cup boiled white chickpeas
1 beetroot chopped
3-4 garlic cloves
1/4 cup olive oil
2-3 tbsp seasme seeds
Salt to taste
1 lemon juice
Olive oil and Chili flakes for garnishing
Procedure
Take a grinder.
Add boiled white chickpeas,beetroot, garlic cloves, seasme seeds.
Add salt, lemon juice and olive oil.
Grind it to smooth paste.
If required, add ice or same water used for boiling chickpeas.
Mix well and grind again.
Add the hummus in a serving bowl.
For Serving
Garnish it with 1 tbsp olive oil and sprinkle Chiliflakes. Serve it with toasted bread or garlic toast and Enjoy!!
