Ingredients
1 cup rava
1/2 cup curd
1/2 water
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp dry mango powder
1 capsicum finely chopped
1 tomato finely chopped
1-2 green chilies
Oil for greasing
Procedure
Take a mixing bowl and add rava, curd and water, mix all the spices.
Whisk well and Keep it aside for 20-25 mins.
Add water as required to make smooth paste.
Grease griddle with oil.
On high flame pour 1 karchi of the suji batter and spread it.
Sprinkle chopped veggies on it and press it with spatula.
Pour oil so that the batter do not stick.
Flip it and cook from other side.
Pour oil if required and make it crisp.
For Serving
Serve hot rava uttpam with coriander chutney/ tomato sauce/ coconut chutney/ chana dal chutney or sambar and enjoy.
