Ingredients
500 gms apple guard (small in size)
1 medium tomato finely chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chili powder
2/3 tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp mustard oil
Kasuri methi for garnishing
Procedure

Peel the apple guard and wash it.
Now make a X on each apple gourd.
Do not cut it entirely.
Mix all the spices together.
Stuff apple guard with spices.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add apple guard in the pan, cook on low flame.
Cover it with a lid.
In between keep rotating it.
After 15 mins and chopped tomatoes and remaining spices and mix well.
Further cover it with lid and cook for 14-15 mins on low flame.
For Serving
Garnish it with kasuri methi and serve hot with phulka, curd and salad.
