Onion Peas Mushroom

(Serves 2)

Ingredients

1. 200 gms mushrooms sliced

2. 2 onion finely sliced

3. 1/2 cup fresh peas

4. Salt as per taste

5. 1 tsp black pepper

6. 1 tbsp oil

1. Heat oil in a pan.

2. Add onions and cook till it changes color.

3. Add peas and mix well.

4. Cook it for 5-6 mins on low medium flame.

5. Add mushrooms and mix well.

6. Cover it with a lid and cook further for 10-15 mins on low flame.

7. Add spices and give it a nice mix.

For Serving

Serve your Onion Peas Mushroom with Chapatti and salad... Enjoy!!
