Ingredients
3 raw mangoes (peeled and chopped)
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp sauf (fennel seeds)
1/2 tsp methi dana (fenugreek seeds)
1/2 tsp kalonji (nigelle seeds)
2.5-3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp mustard oil
Procedure

Heat oil in a pan.
Add cumin, methi dana, kalonji, sauf and allow them to crackle.
Add raw mangoes and mix well, cook for 4-5 mins on low flame.
Cover it with a lid and cook for 8-10 mins on low flame.
Remove the lid, give it a nice mix.
Add spices and sugar mix well.
Add water and mix well.
Cover it with lid, cook for 8-10 mins on low flame.
Keep stiring in between, till mangoes texture softens.
For Serving
Serve cold launji with lunch/ dinner and beat the summer heat.
