Lobiya Salad

(Serves 2)

Ingredients



  1. 1 bowl boiled Lobiya (Black eyes Beans)

  2. 1 onion finely chopped

  3. 1 cucumber finely chopped

  4. 1 medium tomato finely chopped

  5. 1 lemon

  6. 1-2 tsp black pepper

  7. 1-2 tsp black salt

  8. 1-2 tsp dry mint leaves powder (Pudhina Powder)

  9. 1 tbsp honey

  10. 2-3 tbsp olive oil

  11. 1 tbsp Vinegar (optional)



Procedure




  1. Take a mixing bowl.

  2. Add boiled black eye beans, and veggies.

  3. Add black salt, black pepper and dry mint leaves powder.

  4. Squeeze a lemon, add honey, olive oil.

  5. Give it a nice mix.

  6. Add vinegar and give it a nice mix.



For Serving


Let it rest for an hour or so in the fridge and your Salad is ready to serve!!
