Lobiya Salad

(Serves 2)

Ingredients
1 bowl boiled Lobiya (Black eyes Beans)
1 onion finely chopped
1 cucumber finely chopped
1 medium tomato finely chopped
1 lemon
1-2 tsp black pepper
1-2 tsp black salt
1-2 tsp dry mint leaves powder (Pudhina Powder)
1 tbsp honey
2-3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Vinegar (optional)
Procedure
Take a mixing bowl.
Add boiled black eye beans, and veggies.
Add black salt, black pepper and dry mint leaves powder.
Squeeze a lemon, add honey, olive oil.
Give it a nice mix.
Add vinegar and give it a nice mix.
For Serving
Let it rest for an hour or so in the fridge and your Salad is ready to serve!!
