Aloo Tikki Burger






Ingredients For Tikki


  1. 10-11 boiled potatoes

  2. 1 cup peas

  3. 2-3 green chilies

  4. 1 tea spoon grated ginger

  5. 2 tb spoon olive oil

  6. 1 tea spoon cumin and sauf (roasted)

  7. Salt to taste

  8. 1 tea spoon red chili powder

  9. 1 tea spoon dry mango powder

  10. 2 cheese cubes grated


Ingredients for Burger


  1. 1 onion finely cut round in shape

  2. 2 tomatoes cut round in shape

  3. 1 cucumber cut round in shape

  4. Mayonnaise

  5. Tomato and schezwan sauce mix

  6. Coriander chutney

  7. Black pepper

  8. Black salt

  9. Burger buns


Procedure For Aloo Tikki

  1. Take a kadai and heat oil

  2. Add ginger and cook for a min

  3. Add peas and saute well for 10 mins on low flame. Cover it with a lid

  4. Add all spices and mix well

  5. Add boiled mashed potatoes and switch off the flame

  6. Mix all the ingredients well

  7. Press it bit from the center and add some grated cheese

  8. Roll it again to a ball and press a little, giving it a shape of tikki

  9. Take a pan and add oil for greasing

  10. Shallow fry tikki


Process For Burger


  1. Take a pan heat it and put burger bun cook it for a min from inside for a min

  2. Apply tomato sauce and coriander chutney on both the sides of bun

  3. Apply mayaonise on any one side

  4. Put alloo tikki , tomato, cucumber and onion

  5. Sprinkle black salt and pepper

  6. Cover it with other bun

  7. Cook the burger from both the sides


For Serving

Serve hot burger with tomato ketchup
