Amritsari Paneer Bhurji

(Serves 2)








Ingredients


  1. 1 medium onion finely chopped

  2. 2 tomatoes finely chopped

  3. 1-2 green chilies

  4. 1 tbsp grated ginger and garlic

  5. 200 gms paneer crumpled

  6. 1 tbsp chickpea flour

  7. 1 tsp cumin seeds

  8. 1/2 bowl curd

  9. Salt to taste

  10. 1 tsp red chili powder

  11. 1 tsp dry mango powder

  12. 1 tsp coriander powder

  13. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  14. 1 tbsp mustard oil


Procedure







  1. Take a curd bowl, add chickpea flour and spices.

  2. Mix well and keep it aside.

  3. Take a pan and heat oil.

  4. Add cumin seeds and let it crackle.

  5. Add ginger and garlic, toss it well for 3-4 mins.

  6. Add onions and mix well.

  7. Cook till it changes color.

  8. Add tomato and mix well.

  9. Cook till it turns soft and mushy.

  10. Add prepared curd and mix well.

  11. Cook well for 8-10 mins on low flame.

  12. Add cottage chesse and mix well.

  13. Cook further for 10-12 mins on low medium flame.



For Serving

Garnish it with fresh coriander and enjoy Amritsari Paneer Bhurji..
