Besan Parantha

Ingredients
4-5 tbsp Chickpea flour (besan)
Salt as per taste
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds
1 tsp fenugreek leaves
1 tsp dry mango powder
8-10 tbsp Oil
Ghee for greasing
Procedure
Take a mixing bowl, add besan and spices.
Add oil and give it a nice mix.
Your Besan paste is ready, keep it aside.
Take a ball from wheat dough.
Dust from flour and roll it flat.
Spread the Besan paste evenly and roll your dough as shown in video.
Dust flour again and roll it flat.
Heat the griddle and grease it with some ghee.
Add the prepared roti and cook it from both the sides.
For Serving
