Ingredients
1 kg bitter-gourd
2-3 tsp salt
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp coriander powder
3-4 tbsp mustard oil
Procedure
Wash the bitter gourd nicely and peel them (Do not throw away the peeled residue).
Add 1 tsp on the residue and mix well
Keep it aside for 5-6 hours so that its bitterness go away
Squeeze the reside and extract the excess water
Add the spices and mix well
Your bitter gourd filling is ready
Slice the karela and stuff the filling
Heat oil in a kadai
And add karela in it
Let it cook for 20-25 mins on low flame (cover it with a lid)
For Serving
Your healthy bitter gourd is ready . Enjoy it with chapatti and lassi.
