Dahi ki sabzi

(Serves 2)





Ingredients


  1. 1 cup curd

  2. 1 medium onion finely chopped

  3. 1-2 green chilies finely chopped

  4. 1-2 red chili

  5. 1 tsp cumin seeds

  6. 1/2 tsp salt

  7. 1/2 tsp red chili powder

  8. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  9. 1 tsp coriander powder

  10. 1 tsp dry mango powder

  11. 1/4 tsp asafetida (hing)

  12. 1 tbsp oil

Procedure




  1. Heat oil in a pan.

  2. Add cumin seeds and let it crackle for a min or two.

  3. Add onions and chilies and cook till it changes color.

  4. Add spices (do not add salt) and mix well.

  5. Add curd and mix well on low flame.

  6. Bring a boil and add salt.

  7. Mix well and bring boil on medium flame for 3-4 mins.


For Serving

Serve hot Dahi ki Sabzi with chapatti or rice and Enjoy!!
