Dahi Oats

(Serves 1)

Ingredients
1 cup Oats ( Roasted)
1 cup whisk curd
1 onion finely chopped
1 cucumber finely chopped
1 lemon juice
2 tsp mustard seeds
8-10 Curry leaves
2 tbsp Peanuts
2 tbsp mustard oil
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp Asafetida
Procedure
Take a serving bowl.
Add roasted oats and whisk curd.
Mix it well.
Add chopped onion and cucumber, give it a nice mix, keep it aside,
Take a Tadka pan, add oil.
Add mustard seeds and curry leaves, let it crackle for a min or two.
Add peanuts and mix it well.
Let it roast it well for 3-4 mins.
Add salt and asafetida.
Give it a nice mix.
Add this tadka on the Oats.
Squeeze a lemon, give it a nice mix.
For Serving
Beat the Summer heat and enjoy your Dahi Oats..
