Dahi Shimla Mirch Pyaaz ki Sabji

(Serves 2)

Ingredients
1 cup curd
1 medium onion finely sclied
1 medium capsicum finely slices
1-2 green chilies finely chopped
10-12 garlic finely chopped
Handful Peanuts crushed
Salt as per taste
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp asafetida (hing)
1 tbsp chickpea flour (besan)
1 tbsp + 2 tbsp mustard oil
Fresh coriander leaves / Kasuri methi for garnishing
Procedure
Take a big mixing bowl.
Add sliced onions, capsicum, green chilies and garlic.
Add peanuts, along with the spices and 1 tbsp oil and mix it well.
Keep it aside for 10-15. mins.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds and asafetida let it crackle for a min or two.
Add prepared veggies mix and let it cook for 2-3 mins.
Add besan and let it cook further for 5 mins.
On low flame, add curd and mix it well.
Let it cook for 2-3 mins.
And your sabji is ready..
