Ingredients
4-5 boiled potatoes (mashed)
1 cup whisked curd
2-3 green chilies grinded
1 tea spoon grated ginger
Salt to taste
1 tea spoon cumin seeds
1.5 tea spoon red chili powder
1.5 tea spoon dry mango powder
1 tea spoon coriander powder
1 bay leaf
Pinch of asafetida
1-2 tbsp ghee
Procedure
Take a kadai or pressure cooker.
Heat ghee, add bay leaf and cumin seeds.
Add ginger and green chilies and toss well.
Add asafetida and toss well for a min, now add all the spices and mix well.
Add whisked curd and mix well on low lame.
Add 1.5-2 cups water and bring it to boil.
Add mashed potatoes and bring it to boil.
For Serving
Garnish it with fresh coriander and Serve Dhai Aloo with puri.
