Garlic Chutney

Ingredients
1/4 cup Garlic cloves
1/3 cup Dessicated Coconut
2-3 tbsp seasme seeds
3-4 Red Chilie
2-3 tbsp Peanuts
Salt as per taste
1/2 tsp Red chili powder
Procedure
Take a pan, add all the ingredients except salt and red chili powder.
Dry roast them nicely for 3-4 mins on medium low flame.
Switch off the flame, cool it off completely.
Transfer it to grinder.
Add salt corasely grind it.
Add red chili powder and give it a nice mix.
For Serving
Your Garlic Chutney is ready to serve. Enjoy it with your Lunch/ Dinner and you can also use the same for Vada Pavs!!
