Garlic Chutney





Ingredients


  1. 1/4 cup Garlic cloves

  2. 1/3 cup Dessicated Coconut

  3. 2-3 tbsp seasme seeds

  4. 3-4 Red Chilie

  5. 2-3 tbsp Peanuts

  6. Salt as per taste

  7. 1/2 tsp Red chili powder


Procedure




  1. Take a pan, add all the ingredients except salt and red chili powder.

  2. Dry roast them nicely for 3-4 mins on medium low flame.

  3. Switch off the flame, cool it off completely.

  4. Transfer it to grinder.

  5. Add salt corasely grind it.

  6. Add red chili powder and give it a nice mix.


For Serving


Your Garlic Chutney is ready to serve. Enjoy it with your Lunch/ Dinner and you can also use the same for Vada Pavs!!
