Jamun Shots

(Serves 2)




Ingredients


  1. 1 cup ice cubes

  2. 2/3 cup deseeded jamun (Indian Blackberry)

  3. 1/2 cup mint leaves

  4. 1 tbsp sugar

  5. 1 tsp black salt

For Garnishing

  1. Lemon

  2. 1 tsp black salk

  3. 1 tsp red chili powder


Procedure




  1. Take blender.

  2. Add jamun, mint leaves, ice cubes, salt and sugar.

  3. Blend it together.


For Serving

  1. Take a plate, add black salt and red chili.

  2. Mix well.

  3. Rub the lemon juice on serving shots glasses.

  4. Keep the glass upside down the mix - salt and red chili.

  5. Add the blended jamun shot and serve it.. Enjoy your drink!!
