Kachumber Salad

(Serves 4-5)

Ingredients
1 bowl cucumber (cut in cubes)
1 bowl onion chopped
1 bowl tomato chopped
1 bowl capsicum chopped
Salt as per your taste
1-1.5 tsp black pepper
Fresh Coriander leaves or Basil leaves for garnishing
Procedure
Take a big mixing bowl.
Add chopped veggies.
Squeeze lemon, add salt and black peppe, basil leaves.
Give it a nice mix.
For Serving
Let it rest for an hour or two in the fridge and your Salad is good to go..
