Kachumber Salad

(Serves 4-5)

Ingredients



  1. 1 bowl cucumber (cut in cubes)

  2. 1 bowl onion chopped

  3. 1 bowl tomato chopped

  4. 1 bowl capsicum chopped

  5. Salt as per your taste

  6. 1-1.5 tsp black pepper

  7. Fresh Coriander leaves or Basil leaves for garnishing


Procedure


  1. Take a big mixing bowl.

  2. Add chopped veggies.

  3. Squeeze lemon, add salt and black peppe, basil leaves.

  4. Give it a nice mix.




For Serving


Let it rest for an hour or two in the fridge and your Salad is good to go..
