Kali Mirchi Mushroom

(Serves 2)

Ingredients
400 gms mushrooms sliced
1 big onion finely chopped
8-10 garlic finely chopped
1/2 cup cream
2-3 green chilies sliced
1 inch garlic sliced
Salt as per taste
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp oil
Procedure
Heat oil in a pan.
Add garlic and saute' it well.
Add onions and cook till it changes color.
Add spices, except black pepper and give it a nice mix
Add sliced mushrooms, give it a nice mix and let it cook for 8-10 mins on medium high flame.
On low flame, add fresh cream and give it a nice mix.
Add sliced green chilies and ginger, mix it well.
Add black pepper, give it a nice mix.
For Serving
Garnish your Kali Mirchi Mushrooms with fresh coriander and Serve your hot with Chapatti... Enjoy!!
