Kali Mirchi Mushroom

(Serves 2)






Ingredients


  1. 400 gms mushrooms sliced

  2. 1 big onion finely chopped

  3. 8-10 garlic finely chopped

  4. 1/2 cup cream

  5. 2-3 green chilies sliced

  6. 1 inch garlic sliced

  7. Salt as per taste

  8. 1/2 tsp red chili powder

  9. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  10. 1 tsp dry mango powder

  11. 1 tsp black pepper

  12. 1 tbsp oil


Procedure





  1. Heat oil in a pan.

  2. Add garlic and saute' it well.

  3. Add onions and cook till it changes color.

  4. Add spices, except black pepper and give it a nice mix

  5. Add sliced mushrooms, give it a nice mix and let it cook for 8-10 mins on medium high flame.

  6. On low flame, add fresh cream and give it a nice mix.

  7. Add sliced green chilies and ginger, mix it well.

  8. Add black pepper, give it a nice mix.





For Serving


Garnish your Kali Mirchi Mushrooms with fresh coriander and Serve your hot with Chapatti... Enjoy!!
