Ingredients
1 cup sliced coconut
1 cup sliced almond
1 cup curry leaves
1 cup peanuts
2.5 cup chivda
100 gm powdered sugar
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chili powder
2 tsp dry mango powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
3-4 tbsp oil
Procedure
Heat oil in a pan, and fry peanuts and take it out
Add almonds and fry it
Take out the almonds
Add curry leaves and fry it
Take out the curry leaves
Aad coconut and fry it
Take out the coconut
Keep all the fried ingredients aside
Stir Fry chivda and keep it aside
Take a mixing bowl
Add fried chivda, almonds, coconut, curry leaves and peanuts, mix well
Add spices and powdered sugar and mix well
Serving- Your khatta mitta chivda is ready and serve it with tea
