Ingredients
4-5 big potatoes (cut in cubes)
2-3green chili finely chopped
1 onion finely sliced
1-2 tomatoes finely chopped
1/2 cup imli water
1/2 lemon juice
1-2 tsp cumin
Pinch of asafetida
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp mustard oil

Heat oil in a pan
Add cumin and asafetida and toss for a min.
Add onions and cook till it changes color.
Add green chilies and sauté for a min.
Add tomatoes and cook well for 7-8 mins.
Add potatoes and mix well.
Add spices and mix well.
Add imli water and mix well.
Add lemon juice, mix well.
Cook for 7-8 or till the water evaporates.
For Serving
Serve hot with phulka and enjoy Khatte Aloo
