Masala Bhindi

(Serves 2-3)

Ingredients
500 gms okra chopped (1 inches)
2-3 green chilies slit
2 medium onion sliced
1 lemon
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp coriander powder
4-5 tbsp mustard oil
Procedure

Take a wok and heat oil.
Add green chilies and onions.
Give it a nice mix and cook till it changes color to light golden.
Add okra and give it a nice mix.
On medium low flame, let it cook for 15-20 mins.
Do not cover it with lid.
Add spices and mix well.
Squeeze a lemon and give it nice mix.
Let it cook for 10mins on low flame.
For Serving
