Masala Fry Arbi

(Serves 2)



Ingredients


  1. 500 gms arbi (boiled)

  2. 4-5 tbsp besan

  3. 1 tsp oil

  4. 1 tsp cumin

  5. Salt as per taste

  6. 1 tsp Red chili powder

  7. 1.5 tsp Dry mango powder

  8. 1 tsp Coriander powder

  9. 1 tsp Garam masala


Procedure






For Arbi

  1. Wash arbi and it in pressure cooker.

  2. Let 2-3 whistles come and switch off the flame.

  3. Peel the skin of it.

  4. If it is big in size, cut in two.

  5. Press it little and sprinkle besan for coating.

For shallow frying

  1. Add oil for shallow frying

  2. Fry arbi and keep it on tissue paper

  3. Keep it aside


For air fryer

  1. Pre heat the air fryer for 5 mins at 180 degrees.

  2. Grease the air fryer basket

  3. Add coated arbi

  4. And cook for 10-12 mins

  5. Keep stiring in between

  6. If it is not cooked, fry further for 5 mins or as required


For Arbi Fry


  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.

  2. Add fried arbi and all the spices

  3. Mix well all the ingredients


For Serving

Garnish it with fresh coriander and have it with chapatti and enjoy
