Matar Paneer

Serves 3

Ingredients
1-2 onions paste
2-3 tomatoes paste
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Green chili Paste
1 cup Peas
250 gms Cottage Cheese (paneer) cut into cubes
2-3 tbsp Mustard oil
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp fenugreek leaves
1-1.5 cup water
Procedure

Take a big wok, add oil.
Add ginger garlic and green chili paste.
Toss it for a min or two.
Add onion paste, give it a nice mix.
Cook for 5-6 mins on low medium flame.
Add tomato paste and give it a nice mix.
Cover it with a lid and let it cook for 8-10 mins on low medium flame.
Add spices and give it a nice mix.
Cover it with a lid and let it cook for 5-7 mins.
Add peas and cottage chesse, give it a nice mix.
Add water, mix it and cover it with a lid and boil it for 4-5 mins on high flame.
