Matar Paneer

Ingredients

  1. 1-2 onions paste

  2. 2-3 tomatoes paste

  3. 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Green chili Paste

  4. 1 cup Peas

  5. 250 gms Cottage Cheese (paneer) cut into cubes

  6. 2-3 tbsp Mustard oil

  7. Salt to taste

  8. 1 tsp red chili powder

  9. 1 tsp coriander powder

  10. 1 tsp dry mango powder

  11. 1 tsp garam masala

  12. 1 tsp fenugreek leaves

  13. 1-1.5 cup water


Procedure






  1. Take a big wok, add oil.

  2. Add ginger garlic and green chili paste.

  3. Toss it for a min or two.

  4. Add onion paste, give it a nice mix.

  5. Cook for 5-6 mins on low medium flame.

  6. Add tomato paste and give it a nice mix.

  7. Cover it with a lid and let it cook for 8-10 mins on low medium flame.

  8. Add spices and give it a nice mix.

  9. Cover it with a lid and let it cook for 5-7 mins.

  10. Add peas and cottage chesse, give it a nice mix.

  11. Add water, mix it and cover it with a lid and boil it for 4-5 mins on high flame.




For Serving

Serve it hot with Rice or Chappati and Enjoy!!
