Mexican Nachos Salad

(Serves 2)

Ingredients



  1. 1 bowl boiled Rajma (Kidney Beans)

  2. 1 bowl onion finely chopped

  3. 1 bowl boiled corns

  4. 1 bowl colored Bell Pepper Chopped

  5. 1 Packet Nachos of your Choices

  6. 3-4 tbsp Tomato Sauce

  7. 1 tsp Red chili flakes

  8. 1 tsp Oregano

  9. 1 Lemon juice



Procedure


For Dressing


  1. Take a bowl.

  2. Add tomato Sauce, Seasoning and lemon juice.

  3. Give it a nice mix and keep it aside.



For Salad


  1. Take a mixing bowl.

  2. Add boiled kidney beans, and veggies.

  3. Add prepared dressing and give it a nice mix.



For Serving


  1. Let it rest for an hour in the fridge.

  2. Before Serving it, crush your Nachos and add it on your Salad.

  3. Give it a nice mix and your Salad is ready to serve!!
