Onion Pakoda

Ingredients


For Fritters

  1. 1-2 onions finely chopped

  2. 1-2 green chilies finely chopped


For Batter

  1. 3-4 tbsp besan

  2. Salt to taste

  3. 1 tsp red chili powder

  4. 1 tsp dry mango powder

  5. Pinch of asafetida

  6. Water as required


Procedure

  1. Take a mixing bowl

  2. And the ingredients and make a smooth batter

  3. Add onions in the batter and mix well

  4. In batches add mixed batter for deep frying

  5. Occasionally stir and one’s its cooked take it out


For Serving

Serve hot pyaazi Bhajiya with fresh coriander chutney / tomato sauce and tea
