Onion Pickle

Ingredients
15-20 small onions (cut in half)
2-3 green chilies slit
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
1/4 tsp asafetida
1 tsp nigella seeds
6-7 tbsp mustard oil
Procedure
Take a mixing bowl.
Add onions and green chilies.
Add salt, red chili powder, dry mango powder and turmeric powder.
Mix well.
Take a Tadka pan.
Add mustard oil and heat it.
Add in nigella seeds and asafetida.
Toss it for a min or two.
Add it on onions and give it a nice mix.
Store it in glass container.
Note - Add 1 tbsp Vinegar and it will last till 15-30 days.
