Pomegrante Walnut Salad

(Serves 2-3)

Ingredients



  1. 1 bowl Pomegranate

  2. 1 small bowl fresh coriander chopped

  3. Handful of Walnuts (chopped)

  4. Half lemon juice

  5. 1 tsp salt



Procedure



  1. Take a mixing bowl.

  2. Add Pomegranate, coriander leaves and walnuts.

  3. Give it a nice mix.

  4. Add lemon juice and salt, mix it well

  5. Let it rest for an hour or two in the fridge.


For Serving


Serve cold, your Pomegrante Walnut Salad along with your Lunch/ Dinner and enjoy!!
