Quinoa Sprouted Salad

(Serves 3-4)





Ingredients


For Dressing


1. 2-3 tbsp Sesame oil/ Olive oil

2. 1 tbsp Vinegar

3. 1 tbsp Light Soya Sauce

4. 1 tbsp Honey

5. 1 tsp Oregano

6. 1 tsp Red Chili Flakes

7. 1 tsp Black Pepper

8. Salt as per taste


For Salad


1. 1 bowl boiled Quinoa

2. 1 bowl sprouted Green Moong

3. 1 onion chopped

4. 1 cucumber Chopped

5. 1 tomato chopped



Procedure


For Dressing


  1. Take a glass jar or a bowl.

  2. Add dressing ingredients mentioned above.

  3. Cover it with a lid and shake it well.

  4. Your Salad Dressing is ready, keep it aside.



For Salad


  1. Take a big mixing bowl.

  2. Add boiled quinoa, sprouts.

  3. Add veggies, prepared dessings.

  4. Give it a nice mix.




For Serving


Let it rest for an hour or two in the fridge and your Salad is good to go..
