Rice Paper Pan Fried Dumpling

(Serves 2)

Ingredients
100 gms Cottage cheese (Cubes)
1 onion (chopped)
1 bowl chopped capsicum (colored)
1 bowl corns
10-12 chopped garlic
1 tsp green chili chopped
Salt to taste
1 tbsp schezwan sauce
Rice paper
Procedure

For Stuffing
Take a pan, heat oil and add garlic and green chili.
Toss it for a min or two.
Add Onions and sauté it for 3-4 mins.
Add capsicum and give it a nice mix.
Sauté it for 3-4 mins.
Add corns and mix it well.
Sauté it for 3-4 mins.
Add paneer and give it a nice mix.
Add salt and schezwan sauce.
Mix it well, keep it aside.
Your stuffing is ready.
For Pan Fried Dumpling
Take a big pan, filled it with 1 cup water.
Take your Rice paper and dip it in water.
Soak it for 30-40 seconds.
Carefully place it on a flat surface.
Fill it with the stuffing in the centre. (1 tbsp)
Fold it as shown in the video.
Repeat this step.
Take a pan (I used the same pan, used for sauting the veggies)
Place the prepared Dumpling in it.
Cook it for 8-10 mins on low flame.
Gently flip it and cook for the other side.
For Serving
Your Pan Fried Rice Dumpling is ready to serve...
