Rice Paper Pan Fried Dumpling

(Serves 2)





Ingredients


  1. 100 gms Cottage cheese (Cubes)

  2. 1 onion (chopped)

  3. 1 bowl chopped capsicum (colored)

  4. 1 bowl corns

  5. 10-12 chopped garlic

  6. 1 tsp green chili chopped

  7. Salt to taste

  8. 1 tbsp schezwan sauce

  9. Rice paper

For Stuffing


  1. Take a pan, heat oil and add garlic and green chili.

  2. Toss it for a min or two.

  3. Add Onions and sauté it for 3-4 mins.

  4. Add capsicum and give it a nice mix.

  5. Sauté it for 3-4 mins.

  6. Add corns and mix it well.

  7. Sauté it for 3-4 mins.

  8. Add paneer and give it a nice mix.

  9. Add salt and schezwan sauce.

  10. Mix it well, keep it aside.

  11. Your stuffing is ready.



For Pan Fried Dumpling


  1. Take a big pan, filled it with 1 cup water.

  2. Take your Rice paper and dip it in water.

  3. Soak it for 30-40 seconds.

  4. Carefully place it on a flat surface.

  5. Fill it with the stuffing in the centre. (1 tbsp)

  6. Fold it as shown in the video.

  7. Repeat this step.

  8. Take a pan (I used the same pan, used for sauting the veggies)

  9. Place the prepared Dumpling in it.

  10. Cook it for 8-10 mins on low flame.

  11. Gently flip it and cook for the other side.
