Sauté Veggies

(Serves 2)


Ingredients

  1. 1 onion chopped

  2. 1 capsicum chopped

  3. 1 tomato chopped

  4. 1 bowl mushrooms chopped

  5. Half Broccoli florets

  6. 7-8 garlic cloves chopped

  7. 2-3 green chilies diagonally chopped

  8. Salt to taste

  9. 1-2 tsp mixed herbs

  10. 1-2 tsp pizza seasoning

  11. 1 tbsp olive oil

  12. Flaxseeds for garnishing

  1. Take a pan, heat oil .

  2. Add onions and sauté for 3-4 mins.

  3. Add green chilies and garlic and toss for 2-3 mins on low medium flame.

  4. Add capsicum and toss for 4-5 mins.

  5. Add mushrooms and broccoli and mix well.

  6. Cook further for 5 mins on low flame.

  7. Add tomatoes and mix well.

  8. Cook for 5-7 mins.

  9. Add salt and seasoning and mix well.


For Serving

Garnish the Sauté Vegetable with flaxseeds and enjoy the healthy vegetable!!
