Ingredients
400gm paneer cut in cubes or in triangle
6-7 tomatoes chopped
2 green chilies chopped
Grated ginger
1/4 cup cashews
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp oil
1 cup water
1 bay leaf
3-4 cloves
Fresh Cream for garnishing
Procedure

Take a pan and 1add tbsp oil.
Add chopped tomatoes, ginger, green chilies and cashew.
Cover it with a lid and Cook till it turns mushy on low medium flame.
After that let it cool. And then grind it together.
Take a pan and add 1 tbsp oil.
Add that paste and cook for 8-10 mins.
Add spices and mix it for 3-4 mins.
Add cardamom powder and sugar and mix well.
Cook well for 5 mins.
Add paneer pieces and cook for 5 mins.
For Serving
Garnish your Shahi Paneer with fresh cream and serve it Indian Breads!!
