Ingredients
500 gms apple guard (small in size)
4-5 small onions
2-3 tbsp mustard oil
Kasuri methi for garnishing
For stuffing
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp coriander powder
Procedure
Peel the apple guard and wash it.
Now make a cross section slice on each apple guard and onions.
Do not cut it entirely.
Mix all the spices together.
Stuff apple guard and onion with spices.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add apple guard and onions in the pan, cook on low flame.
Cover it with a lid.
In between keep stiring it.
After 15 mins or when soft in texture add remaining spices and mix well.
Further cover it with lid and cook for 14-15 mins on low flame.
For Serving
Garnish it with kasuri methi and serve hot with phulka, curd and salad.
