Tamatar Aam ki Chutney

Ingredients
3-4 tomatoes
1 raw mango
3-4 green chilies
4-5 garlic cloves
1 small bowl fresh coriander
Salt as per taste
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp dry mint leaves powder
1/4 tsp asafetida (hing)
2-3 tbps mustard oil
Procedure
Take a pan, add mustard oil and heat it.
Place the tomatoes, raw mango, green chilies and garlic cloves on it.
Cover it with a lid and on low flame roast it nicely.
After 7-8 mins, remove the lid and flip the veggies.
Cover it again and let it roast on low flame.
Keep on turning it while roasting.
After around 12-14 mins your veggies will be roasted nicely and switch off the flame.
Let it cool down completely.
Now transfer it in a bowl or plate.
Remove tomatoes and raw mango the skin.
Take a grinder jar, and transfer the roasted veggies, along with spieces and fresh coriander leaves.
Grind it to smooth paste
