Ingredients For Tikki
10-11 boiled potatoes
1 cup peas
2-3 green chilies
1 tea spoon grated ginger
2 tb spoon olive oil
1 tea spoon cumin and sauf (roasted)
Salt to taste
2 tea spoon red chili powder
2 tea spoon dry mango powder
1 tsp coriander powder
Bread Crumbs
Ingredients for Coleslaw
1 cup hung curd
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 cabbage finely sliced
2 carrots grated
1 capsicum finely sliced
Black salt to taste
1 tsp Black pepper
Ingredients for Burger
1 onion finely cut round in shape
2 tomatoes cut round in shape
Tomato Sauce
Coriander chutney
Cheese Slice
Burger buns
Procedure
Procedure For Aloo Tikki
Take a kadai and heat oil.
Add ginger and cook for a min.
Add peas and sauté well for 10 mins on low flame. Cover it with a lid.
Add all spices and mix well.
Add boiled mashed potatoes and switch off the flame.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Roll it to a ball and press a little, giving it a shape of tikki.
Now coat it well it bread crumbs and keep it aside.
Pre heat the air fryer at 180 degrees for 6-7 mins.
Add coated tikki in air fryer basket and set it for 8-10 mins.
After 5 mins, brush some oil (optional).
Check it in between, after 8 mins your Tikki will be ready.
Procedure For Coleslaw
Take a mixing bowl.
Add veggies and mix together.
Add hung curd and mayonnaise, mix well,
Add salt and black pepper.
Mix well all the ingredients.
Your Salad is ready to serve.
Procedure For Burger
Take burger buns and cut in two halves.
Apply tomato sauce and coriander chutney on both the sides of bun.
Add cheese slice and add coleslaw mix.
Put Aloo tikki , tomato and onion
Cover it with other bun
Grill the burger.
For Serving
Serve hot Veg Coleslaw Burger with tomato ketchup and enjoy!!
