Ingredients( Serves- 5)
For Pasta
3-4 onions sliced
8-10 garlic cloves chopped
400 gms boiled pasta
1-2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
1 tsp black pepper
Seasoning
1-2 tbsp vinegar
For Sauce
1 cube of butter
2tbsp all purpose flour
2 cup milk
Seasoning
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper
Procedure
For Sauce
Heat oil in a pan
Add all purpose flour and stir well
On low flame, add milk in batches and keep stiring well to avoid lumps
Add spices and mix well to thick consistency and your sauce is ready
For Pasta
Heat oil in a pan
Add garlic and stir it for a min
Add onions and stir fry for 2-3 mins
Add boiled pasta and mix well
Add spices and vinegar, mix well
Keep pasta aside
Serving- Add sauce on the cooked pasta and its ready to serve and enjoy the creaminess.
