Paneer Capsicum Sandwich

(Serves 2)










Ingredients


  1. 100 gms paneer (mashed)

  2. 1/2 capsicum finely chopped

  3. 1tsp oregano

  4. 1 tsp chili flakes

  5. Salt to taste

  6. Bread of your choice



Procedure








  1. Take a mixing bowl, add paneer and capsicum.

  2. Add seasoning and salt, mix well.

  3. Take 4 bread slices.

  4. Add paneer capsicum filling.

  5. Cover it with other bread slice.

  6. Grill it.


For Serving

Cut the Paneer Capsicum Sandwich in two parts and serve with tomato sauce and your favorite beverage.. Enjoy!!
